How do I purchase a program?

Once you have decided which program you would like to purchase, click on “Take This Course” located within that specific program’s page. You will then be guided through the registration process and payment options. Choose your preferred mode of payment and proceed with the transaction. Online payments will be processed immediately and the invoice will be sent to you. Offline payments will be processed once Royal Academy receives the payment. Upon confirmation of receipt, the invoice will then be sent to you.

What modes of payment are available for me to make purchases?

Purchases for our programs can be made online via PayPal, major credit cards and debit cards. If you prefer to make payments offline, you can do so as well via Internet banking, cash or cheque. Payments for the affiliate membership can only be made via Internet banking, cash or cheque. Individuals purchasing the affiliate business kit will be required to come by to our office to collect the affiliate business kit and attend a mandatory affiliate briefing.

How do I book my course once I have made the purchase?

Once you have purchased the program, please kindly go to the ‘Calendar’ page under ‘Individuals’ to view the scheduled dates of the respective courses. Pick the date you would like to attend the program you purchased and fill up the booking form. You will receive a confirmation once we have registered you in our system.

What is the time period given for me to redeem the program purchased?

All customers will be given 3 months to redeem their programs purchased. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis only for customers who purchase any of the Royal Elite Programs.

Where will the trainings be held?

Depending on the number of trainees signing up for a course on a specific date, the venue will be finalized 7 days prior to the scheduled date. All registered trainees will be notified accordingly.

How can I attend the training if I am not based in Singapore?

Royal Academy is currently only operational in Singapore. If you are overseas and would like to attend any of our programs, you would have to make a trip to Singapore.

When does the registration for booking a course end?

All bookings for a scheduled course need to be made 7 days prior to the scheduled date so as to allow us to make the necessary arrangements accordingly.

What if I can’t make it for the course after confirmation?

If you have booked to attend a course on a scheduled date and won’t be able to make it, you would have to make the cancellation before the registration closes via email or through our contact form. In the case of an emergency or for medical reasons where you are unable to make it for the course at the last minute, please kindly inform us and we will allow you to reschedule to a later date. Please note that you would have to provide proof for the reason given. Failure to do so would deem the transaction as completed and you will have to make another purchase in order to attend the program.

How do I become an affiliate?

If you are keen on being one of our company’s affiliates, all you have to do is go to the ‘Affiliate’ page under ‘Individuals’ and click on the ‘Join Now’ button. You will be guided through the registration process. Once you have registered, you can proceed with the payment. You will then be required to come by to our office to collect the affiliate business kit and attend a mandatory affiliate briefing. Once you have completed this, you are ready to refer our programs and earn commissions!
