For Employers
Offering an employee benefit of discounted or free childcare is an important aspect of any company's benefits package. Employee retention is increased when employees feel that their employer understands the importance of taking care of their young children and understands that finding the right childcare can be stressful and expensive.
We offer a high-quality preschool experience for children ages 3 to 6 years old. We also have the ability to offer childcare for children of younger ages on an as-needed basis. If enough of your employees have needs for this childcare service, we can discuss the details of this option with you.
We offer multiple options for companies to offer a valuable childcare benefit to their employees, some of which are at no cost to your company but offer a great discount benefit to your employees. Please contact us for further details.
For Employees
If you like what we are offering and believe that other fellow employees at the company you work for would also be interested, we encourage you to contact your Human Resources Representative and ask them to contact us for more information on our Corporate Discount Program. You will likely be able to receive at least a discount for your child to attend Royal Academy, and possibly even be able to have your tuition fully paid by your employer.
